Ronnie Cornutt, Minister of Music

Staff Role:
Ronnie has been the Minister of Music at TSBC since November 30, 1997.  His responsibilities include overseeing everything regarding that ministry… which in part includes designing the worship times for the Sunday services, preparing the Chancel Choir for leading in worship every Sunday, and also in special musical events during the year.  He is also the staff person overseeing other technical ministries, such as sound, the website, and managing the computers systems at the church.

 

Education:
Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Alabama, and later a Master of Arts in Music Education – also from the U of A.

Family:
Ronnie has been married to the former Janice Dodd (also of Gadsden) since April 20, 1972. He has two adult daughters who he loves dearly: Candi (who is married to Gregg Thompson and lives in Whorton Bend) and Corri (who is married to Nathan Edwards and lives in Birmingham)..… and three WONDERFULLY MARVELOUS grandchildren: Brinley, Brooklynn, and Daniel.

Interests: Spending time with friends and family (especially the grandchildren), playing and writing music, playing with computers, and watching college football on TV.
